As you no doubt understand the running of St Kilda LSC is always reliant on generating more and more money each year. This becomes a major headache and is often left to just a few people to put in a lot of time and effort to try and generate these much needed funds.
Before the start of this season we began a community partnership with Whiting & Co Pty Ltd Real Estate who have supported us throughout the year with some signage on the clubhouse and a small financial sponsorship. Whilst the plan is very simple it can also save you money as well as help St Kilda LSC. Here's how it works; if you or a friend are thinking of selling your home, flat or an investment property and list and sell with Whiting & Co we, St Kilda, will receive a $800 "referral fee" from Whiting & Co. As an added bonus for you Whiting & Co Real Estate will also provide members with a free internet video show and a free posting to 10 property web pages saving you approximately $1000 in costs. All you need to do is mention to your Property Expert from Whiting & Co Real Estate when you sign-up that you have been referred by St Kilda LSC. It's as simple as that!
